The Columbus Mortgage Bankers Association installed their "2005
Board of
Directors" in style at the Capital Club downtown on Saturday evening,
Jan.
22, 2005. "Zoo Babies" were a great hit during the cocktail hour and
The
Dave Powers Jazz Trio entertained following the ceremony. We welcomed two
special guests, Doug McCloud of Aspen Realty Co., 2005 President of
the
Columbus Board of Realtors, and Larry Metzger, Chief Executive
Officer of
the Columbus Board of Realtors. Our newly inaugurated President,
Wendy
Licis of Chase Home Finance, gave a detailed speech previewing the
progressive direction for the Columbus Mortgage Bankers Assoc. in
today's

pass the
gavel to Ms. Licis. The dinner and service at the Capital Club were
outstanding! It was truly a pleasurable and memorable evening.
